These terms explain how you can use this website and what to expect when you request a price list, place an order or choose a payment plan. Please read them. If you use the site, you agree to them.

About these terms

This website is run by [Registered company name] (“Golden Harmonic”, “we”, “us”), the owner of Golden Harmonic Memorial Park in Taytay, Palawan. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, place an order or sign a contract with us.

What this website is for

The site gives you information about our plots, mausoleum packages and payment plans, lets you request a price list, and lets you place an order or reservation request. Information on the site is general. It is not a legal offer, and viewing a price or adding an item to your cart does not by itself create a contract with us.

Prices, availability and quotes

• All prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP).
• Prices, promotions and availability can change. The price that applies to you is the one stated in your written confirmation or signed contract.
• Mausoleum packages are priced as ranges because the final price depends on the size and design. You will receive a written quote before you commit.
• A plot is reserved for you only after we confirm it to you in writing. Plots are subject to availability until then.

Orders and reservations

When you place an order or reservation request on the site, you are asking us to reserve the plot you chose. We review each request and will contact you to confirm it, explain how to pay, and prepare the contract. We may decline or cancel a request, for example if a plot is no longer available or details are incorrect or incomplete. If we cancel a request after you have paid, we will refund what you paid for it.

We advertise a free reservation hold of [7 days] on a plot you choose, subject to availability and to our confirming it in writing. After the hold period ends, the plot may be released unless you have started payment under a plan or in full.

Payments and payment plans

• You can pay by bank transfer, GCash or cash at our office, as we instruct you. Always keep your receipt or reference number.
• Monthly amounts shown on the site are estimates for comparison. Plans that spread payment over a longer term include a surcharge, and the term you choose changes the monthly amount.
• The exact amount, due dates and conditions of your plan are the ones in your signed contract. If the website and your contract differ, the contract applies.
• Missing payments can affect your reservation or contract. Your contract explains what happens and what rights you have. [Insert default, grace period and refund terms, or refer to the contract clause]

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Philippine law that applies to your purchase, including laws that protect buyers who pay in installments.

Valor Plot eligibility

Valor Plots are for veterans and service members. We may ask for documents that prove eligibility before we confirm a Valor Plot. If you do not meet the requirements, we will offer you another plot instead.

Your account

If you create an account, give us accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that is used to misuse the site or to break these terms.

Using the site fairly

Please do not:

• give false or someone else’s information, or place orders you do not intend to complete;
• try to get into our systems, other customers’ accounts or data you are not allowed to see;
• use bots or scrapers, or interfere with how the site works; or
• use the site for anything unlawful.

Images and information

Pictures on this site, including renderings and illustrations of plots and mausoleums, show the general look and style. The plot, structure, landscaping and surroundings you receive may differ in detail. Names, text, logos and images on the site belong to Golden Harmonic or its licensors. You may view and share the pages for personal use, but please do not copy or reuse the content for other purposes without our permission.

Third-party services

The site relies on services from other companies, such as hosting, sign-in, email and payment channels. Their services follow their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes that they cause, but we will work to fix problems that affect you.

Limits on our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using or being unable to use the website, or from relying on general information on it instead of your written confirmation or contract. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any responsibility we cannot lawfully exclude, including our obligations under your contract.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
